Who we're looking for

You don't need a big budget. You need something valuable.

We are interested in people who can bring a meaningful opportunity but don't currently have the resources to execute it.

  • Have an idea

You understand the problem and believe there is a market, but you cannot afford to build the product.

  • Have customers

You know people who need something, but you don't have the technical team to deliver a solution.

  • Have leads

You can generate or access legitimate leads, but need systems, automation or technology to turn them into a business.

  • Have industry knowledge

You understand an industry deeply and see an opportunity that others may not.

  • Have distribution

You have an audience, community, network or legitimate distribution channel and need technology to monetize it.

  • Have a partnership opportunity

You found a service, market or business opportunity where technical execution is the missing piece.

  • Have technical skills

You can build part of the solution but need additional engineering resources or commercial support.

  • Have agency or reseller demand

You have customers or prospective customers but need a reliable technical team to fulfill delivery.

What you can bring

What do you have?

You don't need to bring money. Most of the things that make an opportunity work aren't financial — they're knowledge, access and relationships that are hard to buy.

Don't assume you are unqualified because you don't have a budget. Tell us what you do have.

What TechNexa brings

What we can bring to the table

Technology is the resource we contribute. It is one half of the exchange, not the reason you came.

  • Engineering

Web applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, dashboards and business systems.

  • AI & automation

AI workflows, assistants, RAG, automation, document processing and intelligent systems.

  • Product development

Architecture, UX, prototypes, MVPs and production systems that real users can use.

  • Infrastructure

Cloud, deployment, databases, authentication, payments and system operations.

  • Technical experience

Experience turning concepts and requirements into working products rather than prototypes that stall.

  • Execution

The ability to take an opportunity from concept to something customers can actually use.

  • Commercial collaboration

Depending on the opportunity, we can explore different structures for working together.

What TechNexa contributes depends entirely on the opportunity. We do not fund every submission, and we do not take on every opportunity we review.

The model

Different people bring different pieces.

A successful collaboration does not always start with a large budget. Sometimes one side has the market knowledge and the other side has the technology required to execute it.

Commercial opportunity

  • Something real to build
  • Something customers can use
  • A structure both sides agree to

How it works

Submit, review, discuss, execute.

Four stages from the first message to something that actually exists. Nothing is committed until both sides agree what it looks like.

See the full process
  1. 01

    Tell us what you have

Your idea, opportunity, customers, skills, resources, market or other value you can bring.

  2. 02

    We review it

The opportunity, the practical requirements, the potential value, the risks and what each side can contribute.

  3. 03

    We discuss the structure

If it looks interesting, we talk through what TechNexa can provide and what you would contribute.

  4. 04

    We execute

Once an arrangement is agreed, we build, launch, operate or support it according to the agreed scope.

Examples

What this could look like

Three illustrative situations. These describe how a collaboration could be shaped — they are not descriptions of specific customers or past engagements.

  1. Example 01

    The industry expert

Someone understands a niche industry and knows businesses that are stuck with a workflow nobody has bothered to fix.

    They have

    • Domain knowledge
    • Potential customers
    • A clearly defined business problem

    They don't have

    • Development resources

    TechNexa could provide

    • Product architecture
    • Development
    • Automation
    • Deployment
  2. Example 02

    The agency partner

An agency can bring clients but does not have enough engineering capacity to take the work on.

    They have

    • Client relationships
    • Sales
    • Existing demand

    They don't have

    • Engineering capacity

    TechNexa could provide

    • Engineering
    • Delivery
    • Technical infrastructure
  3. Example 03

    The opportunity finder

Someone identifies a legitimate market or technology opportunity but cannot afford to build the system required to pursue it.

    They have

    • A specific opportunity
    • Market insight

    They don't have

    • Capital
    • Technical execution

    TechNexa could provide

    • Evaluation of the market and practical execution
    • The required technology
    • An assessment of what each side contributes

We evaluate the opportunity, not just the budget.

A strong opportunity can come from many places. The person who sees it may have market knowledge, customers, distribution, technical skills or another valuable resource — even when they do not have a large budget.

That's why our initial conversation starts with understanding what you have and what you're trying to accomplish.

Execution

Proof that we can execute.

Ideas and opportunities only become valuable when someone can turn them into working systems. This is the type of technology TechNexa can execute. We publish projects here once a client has approved it.

View Work

Published case studies are coming.

A large share of our work is delivered under client confidentiality or as white-label engineering behind an agency or reseller. We are not going to publish work we do not have permission to publish, and we are not going to invent projects to fill this page.

What we can do is talk through relevant technical examples directly — the architecture, the integrations and the decisions involved in situations similar to the one you have in mind.

What we publish when we can

Challenge
The business problem, the constraints around it and why the existing setup could not solve it.
Solution
The architecture we chose, the systems involved and the reasoning behind the technical decisions.
Outcome
What changed once it shipped, described only where the client has confirmed it and agreed to publication.
Technologies
The stack actually used, including the integrations and infrastructure it runs on.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need money to submit an opportunity?

No. Having a budget is not a requirement for submitting an opportunity. What matters is whether you can contribute something of value — that might be customers, expertise, distribution, skills or the opportunity itself.

Do I need a finished business plan?

No. Explain what you know, what you have and what you believe the opportunity is. We would rather read an honest half-formed idea than a polished document that hides the gaps.

What can I contribute?

Potentially anything that creates legitimate commercial value: customers, leads, expertise, distribution, technical skills, partnerships, an existing service or product, or a strong market opportunity.

Will TechNexa fund every idea?

No. Every submission is evaluated individually. We look at the opportunity, what it would practically take to execute, the potential value and what each side can contribute. Most submissions will not result in a collaboration.

Will TechNexa pay me?

A submission itself does not guarantee payment. If both sides identify a viable commercial opportunity, compensation or another commercial arrangement can be discussed as part of the agreement.

Can I submit someone else's business or account?

You must have the right to submit and discuss the opportunity. TechNexa does not facilitate unauthorized access, credential sharing, impersonation, account transfers or activity prohibited by third-party terms.

Have something worth exploring?

Tell us what you have, what you need and what you're trying to achieve. If there's a practical basis for working together, we'll be in touch.
