Privacy Policy

What happens to the information you send through this website, where it goes, and how long it stays there.

Draft document. This page describes how the technexa.guru website works today. It has not yet been reviewed against TechNexa's registered legal position and must be checked by a qualified adviser before it is relied on. Entity details, jurisdiction and governing law are left as placeholders until confirmed.

01

What this policy covers

This policy describes how personal information is handled on the technexa.guru website. It covers the opportunity submission form, the contact form, the support form and the information your browser sends when it requests a page.

It does not cover information handled under a separate client agreement. Where TechNexa processes data on behalf of a client as part of a project, that processing is governed by the contract for that engagement rather than by this page.

02

Information we collect

The opportunity form. Submitting an opportunity collects your name and email address, the opportunity type, your description of what you can contribute, what you need, what you are trying to achieve and how you believe the opportunity could create value. Optionally it collects your country or region, company, website or profile, the resources you select, a budget range and any additional information you choose to add. Everything you write in the free-text fields is sent to us as you wrote it, so please only include what you are comfortable sharing and have the right to disclose.

The contact form. Collects your name, email address, and optionally your company, website, inquiry type, project title, budget range, how you heard about us, and the message you write.

The support form. Collects your name, email address, and optionally your company, the project concerned, issue type, priority, a URL and your description of the issue.

Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard request data — including your IP address, the page requested and your browser user-agent string — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Your IP address is also used in memory to apply rate limits on the forms; it is not written to a database.

What we do not collect. The website has no analytics, no advertising trackers, no marketing pixels, no CRM integration and no customer database. We do not build profiles of visitors.

03

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to read your message, evaluate the opportunity where one has been submitted, and respond to you. For an opportunity submission that means internal review by the TechNexa team — assessing what the opportunity would require, what each side could contribute and whether there is a practical basis for working together — and contacting you about it.

We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below. Reviewing a submission does not give TechNexa any ownership of or right to use the opportunity you describe; any commercial arrangement requires a separate written agreement.

04

Delivery to Slack

When you submit a form, our server validates the information and then sends it as a message to a private channel in the TechNexa Slack workspace. That is how the team is notified — the website does not send email and does not store your submission in a database.

This means Slack Technologies processes the contents of your submission as part of operating our workspace, and it is retained in that channel according to our workspace retention settings. Slack is a US-based provider, so this may involve a transfer of personal information outside your country of residence.

If you would prefer your enquiry not to pass through Slack, email info@technexa.guru directly instead of using the form.

05

Service providers

Personal information submitted through this website may be processed by the providers we use to operate it:

  • Slack Technologies — receives form submissions as internal notifications, as described above.
  • Our hosting provider — serves the website and processes request data such as IP addresses and user-agent strings in the course of delivering pages and protecting the service.
  • Cloudflare — only if the Turnstile anti-spam challenge is enabled on the forms. When enabled, Cloudflare receives a challenge token and your IP address to confirm the submission is not automated.

We do not currently use an email delivery provider, an analytics provider, an advertising network or a customer-relationship platform in connection with this website.

06

Retention

The website itself stores nothing. Rate-limit counters are held in server memory for a short window and are discarded automatically.

Your submission persists in the Slack channel it was delivered to, subject to the retention settings of that workspace, and in any email correspondence that follows from it.

08

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server before anything is sent onward, and the credentials used to post to Slack are held only in server-side environment variables — they are never included in anything sent to your browser.

No system is perfectly secure, and submitting information over the internet always carries some risk. Please do not send passwords, API keys, access credentials or other secrets through these forms, and do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

09

Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10

Changes and contact

If the way the website handles information changes — for example if email delivery or a database is added — this policy will be updated before that change goes live.

Questions about this policy can be sent to info@technexa.guru.
