How it works
Submit, review, discuss, execute.
Four stages between telling us what you have and having something real. Nothing is committed until both sides agree in writing what the arrangement looks like.
- 01
Tell us what you have
You describe the opportunity and what you can contribute.
Use the opportunity form to tell us about your idea, opportunity, customers, skills, resources, market or whatever other value you can bring. You don't need a business plan, a deck or a finished product — an honest description of what you know and what you have is more useful than a polished document that hides the gaps.
- No cost to submit
- No budget required
- Individuals, agencies and companies all welcome
- Rough and unfinished is fine
- 02
We review it
We assess the opportunity and what it would practically take.
We look at the opportunity itself, the practical requirements, the potential value, the risks and what each side can contribute. This is an honest assessment rather than a formality — we are trying to work out whether there is a real basis for collaboration, and most submissions will not reach that bar.
- Is the opportunity real and legitimate?
- What would it actually take to execute?
- Who would pay, and why?
- What does each side bring?
- 03
We discuss the structure
If it looks interesting, we talk about how it could work.
If the opportunity appears interesting, we discuss what TechNexa can provide and what you would contribute. Several structures are possible, and which one fits depends entirely on the specifics. Nothing is committed at this stage, and we do not promise that any particular structure will be offered.
- Project-based work
- Partnership
- Revenue sharing
- Referral arrangement
- Reseller arrangement
- Development support
- Other mutually agreed commercial structures
- 04
We execute
Once terms are agreed in writing, we build it.
Once an appropriate arrangement is agreed, we build, launch, operate or support the opportunity according to the agreed scope. Commercial arrangements are always set out in a separate written agreement — a submission and a conversation do not create one on their own.
- Written scope before work starts
- Agreed milestones and sequence
- Working software you can review as it is built
- Deployment, operation and support as agreed
Expectations
What we will and won't commit to.
Being specific about the limits is more useful than a list of promises.
What we commit to
- Reading every submission
- An honest assessment rather than a sales call
- Clear commercial terms in writing before work starts
- Treating what you share as confidential to the team reviewing it
What we don't promise
- That a submission will lead to funding, payment or development
- That every submission receives a detailed response
- A specific commercial structure before the opportunity is understood
- A fixed price or timeline before the scope is understood
Submitting an opportunity does not create a partnership and does not guarantee payment, funding or development. Any commercial arrangement requires a separate written agreement.
Delivery
What happens once we're building.
If an arrangement is agreed and there is something to build, this is the process the work runs through.
- 01
Discovery
Business goals, users, requirements and constraints.
A written understanding of the problem, the people it affects and what the first release has to cover.
- 02
Technical planning
Architecture, integrations, security, data and deployment.
An architecture and delivery plan specific enough to estimate against and build from.
- 03
Build
Iterative implementation against agreed milestones.
A working system that grows in reviewable steps, with no surprise at the end.
- 04
Quality assurance
Testing, edge cases, performance, security and UX.
A release that behaves predictably when conditions are not ideal.
- 05
Launch
Production deployment, monitoring and handoff.
A live system your team can operate, with the knowledge to run it.
- 06
Ongoing support
Maintenance, optimization and future development.
A product that keeps working and keeps improving after release.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need money to submit an opportunity?
No. Having a budget is not a requirement for submitting an opportunity. What matters is whether you can contribute something of value — that might be customers, expertise, distribution, skills or the opportunity itself.
Do I need a finished business plan?
No. Explain what you know, what you have and what you believe the opportunity is. We would rather read an honest half-formed idea than a polished document that hides the gaps.
What can I contribute?
Potentially anything that creates legitimate commercial value: customers, leads, expertise, distribution, technical skills, partnerships, an existing service or product, or a strong market opportunity.
Will TechNexa fund every idea?
No. Every submission is evaluated individually. We look at the opportunity, what it would practically take to execute, the potential value and what each side can contribute. Most submissions will not result in a collaboration.
Will TechNexa pay me?
A submission itself does not guarantee payment. If both sides identify a viable commercial opportunity, compensation or another commercial arrangement can be discussed as part of the agreement.
Can I submit someone else's business or account?
You must have the right to submit and discuss the opportunity. TechNexa does not facilitate unauthorized access, credential sharing, impersonation, account transfers or activity prohibited by third-party terms.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Technology is the part TechNexa can contribute. If you already have technical skills that is useful, but it is not expected.
Do I need an existing company?
No, unless the specific opportunity requires one. Individuals are welcome to submit.
What happens to the information I submit?
It goes to an internal TechNexa channel so the team can review it. We use it to assess the opportunity and to contact you. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Ready to start at stage one?
Tell us what you have. We'll review it and come back if there's a practical basis for working together.
