Compensation, revenue sharing, referral fees, partnership terms and delivery work apply only where specific terms have been agreed in writing in advance. Nothing on this website and nothing said during an initial review constitutes such an agreement.

You must have the right to submit what you send. By submitting, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to discuss the opportunity and any materials included with it.

Reviewing a submission does not transfer ownership of your idea or opportunity to TechNexa, and it does not oblige TechNexa to refrain from working on similar opportunities that reach us independently.
